HOW TO: Pipe Cleaner Curls on SHORT Locs | + Take Down | Naomi Onlae

Hi Loves!!! I finally tried pipe cleaner curls on my locs! I left them in my hair for a whole week. I'm not completely in love with the outcome, but I do think they turned out cute! Let me know if the comments if you would/ have tried these on your locs!
