MUST STOP ON RED SIGNAL? NOT A CHANCE, JUST PUNCH IT! | Jason Asselin

I heard the train coming as it blew its horns over the E.K. trestle over the Menominee River, there must be kids on it or jumping off it as they do most summers. As I filmed them switching 2 cars from ALTER METALS in East Kingsford, MI a few more kids showed up wanting to ride down the trail next to the train tracks, but weren't sure it they should with a train there. I told them to just be safe and wait.

Of course my battery dies.. After a quick stop I went down to the Breitung Avenue crossing where its a marked crossing with bells and lights, but no arms to stop cars. Technically you can go thru these active crossings, but you have to at least stop first. One of these days I'll catch something I didn't want to record, but I'd bet these engineers and railroad employees see it all from people who just don't care..
