After dozens of community suggestions, I designed and built Version 2 of my custom drone.
Key improvements:
• Over 15% lighter frame
• Reduced overall width
• Honeycomb weight-optimization structure
• Quick-swap battery mechanism with spring contacts
• Improved cooling with additional air intakes
• Redesigned arms for increased impact resistance
This project is part of an ongoing engineering process where every version is shaped by testing, failures, and feedback from the community.
