Using the CanCooker Collapsible Plastic Batter Bowl is perfect for my OCD with cooking
The following the the flour mixture which you can always double or triple if you need more
1 Cup of Flour
1 Tablespoon of Cornstarch
1 Teaspoon of Baking Powder
1 Tablespoon of Lawrys
1 Tablespoon of Complete
1/2 Tablespoon of Salt & Pepper
1/2 Tablespoon on Onion & Garlic Powder
Mix well
Shake with your chicken
Place on a wire rack until your ready to fry
I use the T-fal Ultimate EZ Clean Stainless Steel Deep Fryer
