The board obviously is a massive part of the problem but it doesn't fully fall on them, the squad ole has shouldn't be getting pumped at home against palace, they shouldn't be outplayed by Brighton.. hes not getting the best out of what he has. I would welcome pochettino if I'm honest.. I'm aware he wouldn't get fully backed either but he would get alot more out of this squad i feel. Also ole has spent over 200mil.. i wouldn't say he hasn't been backed at all. We are screaming for another cb but are we going to ignore the fact that Maguire is oles signing at 80mil.. everything cant be pinned on the board
