build a low cost HEATED cat house (lightbulb)

If you have an outdoor cat, and you want to keep your cat warm this heated cat house is fabulous. Our cat really likes this heated house. If I can’t find our I check here first. I built it from scrap lumber and installed a lightbulb socket inside.This lightbulb crates enough heat to keep her warm. I also put some shingles on top and this really protects the rest of the cat house. Are used a piece of PVC pipe to protect the power cord. If I need to I can push an extension cord into this PVC pipe to protect everything from rain. Very simple and if the lightbulb goes out you can tell because you don’t see like coming out. It’s really easy to replace the lightbulb. Are used to use incandesce and bulbs but I have found that even a fluorescent light does a great job of heating everything up.
