Grilled Vidalia Onions with Bacon

how to Grill an Onion

Ok I decided to do this video on Vidalia onion. It is a east recipe for those that love onion. I have been cooking onions this way for years and thought that I would share it. They are delicious with any grilled meats!!

Vidalia Onions
Worcester Sauce
Butter - Margarine
Salt and Pepper
Bacon

1. Peel Onions and create a reservoir in the center of each onion.
2. Put a good dash of Worcester sauce in each onion.
3. Add about a tablespoon of butter or margarine to each onion.
4. Cover with one slice of Bacon that is cut into pieces.
5. Add salt and pepper.
6. Put on hot grill for 1 - 1 1/2 hours.
7. Remove from heat let cool and enjoy!!
