Zorba's Dance at Chania Old Port - Danza di Zorba - Microcosmo Creta - Sirtaki - Crete

Al Porto Vecchio di Chania, lunghe catene umane di gente del posto, turisti, curiosi, bambini e ballerini delle scuole di danza tradizionale cretese, si sono esibiti in danze locali e, soprattutto, nella famosa "Danza di Zorba", il Sirtaki...
Questo per rendere omaggio al mitico Mikis Theodorakis, autore delle musiche del famosissimo film "Zorba Il Greco", che la scorsa settimana ha festeggiato il suo 90° compleanno...auguri anche da parte nostra!!! Χρὸνια πολλὰ!!

At Chania Old Port, a lot of people, children, tourists and dancers, created long human chains and danced "Zorba's Dance - Sirtaki", in occasion of Mikis Theodorakis' 90th birthday. He's the author of the soundtrack of the famous movie "Zorba The Greek"...and so, happy birthday to you Mikis! Χρὸνια πολλὰ!!
