EASY CARAMEL APPLE CIDER!

Hey everyone! I hope you enjoyed the video and if you try the recipe that you'll love it as much as I do. I think small traditions like this are truly what make the season magical! Here is the recipe:
Cider:
1/2 C. Heavy Cream
1/2 C. Brown Sugar
6 C. Apple Cider
1 C. Water
Combine all ingredients and warm in crock pot
Whipped Cream:

1 C. Whipping Cream
4 T. Brown Sugar
Whip together until consistency of whipped cream!
