After touring Calle Loiza, Ocean Park, Isla Verde, El Gandul, and Tres Talleres, we rejoin real estate broker Raul Villanueva of ReMax Puerto Rico to see Guaynabo before heading back to Santurce, San Juan.

The third in a 3-part series, we'll drive through the suburban neighborhood of Guaynabo, where Raul shares home price information, rental rates, investor activity, and some of the amenities residents enjoy in this popular old money neighborhood in San Juan.
