Solar Patio Boat Build: 07 - 2nd pontoon shell finished
In this episode I use the new mold to make the 2nd fiberglass pontoon shell. The pontoons are made from 3 layers of 1708 fiberglass. the first two layers are used to make the initial shell. The 3rd layer goes in with the bulkheads to tie it all together.
The SOLution will be a 16 foot long patio boat with two pontoons. It will be powered by electric motors and solar panels.
