EP designed a DAS system (Digital Autonomous System) and now we have a total of 45 sets of EP robots in the production areas in Zhejiang, Jiangsu and Fuyang factory. EP Industrial Park Digital Intelligence Production Line is invested with the core concept of Digital Intelligence Brain with five handling modes & automatic robots to realize the digital transformation and intelligent enhancement of the whole process of supply chain and manufacturing chain. The entire process is subdivided into scenes, including: supplier delivery, supplier receiving, material storage, material inventory, production line side pull, finished product storage and out of storage, and it is connected with information technology. The full range of automatic robots includes: handling robots, stacking robots, jacking robots, picking robots, etc. The new concept of information digitization and equipment intelligence ensures the accurate input and efficiency of automatic robots.
