ICC IN FOCUS: Focus on witnesses - Ruto and Sang case

In this issue of "ICC in Focus" we talked to Herman von Hebel, Registrar of the International Criminal Court about witness and witness protection.

"ICC in Focus" is a new television and radio series produced by the ICC's Public Information and Documentation Section. This programme will cover issues related to the proceedings in the Kenya cases -- the trial proceedings, the role of parties and participants, victims, witnesses and other issues. The programme aims to address questions and issues arising from the Kenya cases.

The opening of the trial in the case The Prosecutor v. William Samoei Ruto and Joshua Arap Sang is scheduled to take place on Tuesday, 10 September 2013 before Trial Chamber V(A) of the International Criminal Court (ICC).
