What buyers are actually comparing

Most developers compete on the wrong things.

Finishes. Price per square foot. Amenities. They tweak all of it and still lose the buyer.

Three things actually move a buyer from interested to committed:

→ Can they explore the floor plan and check availability without calling anyone?
→ When your team reaches out, do they know what the buyer already showed them?
→ Does your system know the buyer came back 5 times before going quiet?

The project that wins isn't always the best one. It's the one that made the buyer feel certain first.
