15th Israeli-Palestinian Memorial Day Ceremony, April 27 2020

The 15th annual Israeli-Palestinian Memorial Day Ceremony, co-hosted by Combatants for Peace and the Parents Circle - Families Forum, was held on April 27th, 2020 and streamed live from Tel Aviv and Ramallah to over 200,000 people. The Corona quarantine required that the Ceremony be held virtually this year, and as a result, we were able to reach literally hundreds of thousands viewers from Palestine, Israel and all around the world, who gathered to listen to bereaved family members, Palestinian and Israeli, speak of peace and reconciliation.

Combatants for Peace is a binational Palestinian-Israeli movement which aims to build the social infrastructure necessary for ending the conflict and the Israeli occupation: communities of Palestinians and Israelis working together through non-violent means to promote peace.
