Cleaning Out My Sisters Closet For The FIRST TIME | First Closet Declutter of 2022!

My sister called me up and asked if I could help her clean out and declutter her closet, and y'all know that I said YES! I LOVE organizing and helping people get their lives together, and my sister Jen's closet needed a lot of help!! I honestly do not know the last time that this closet got cleaned out, and it DESPERATELY needed it! We took everything out of her closet, put it all on the bed, went through each and every piece, decluttered all of her shoes and clothing, put together donation versus selling piles, and then reorganized and added everything back into her closet! We had SO MUCH fun together, and I had so much fun cleaning out this needy closet and making it much more functional for my sister's life! Hey friends, I hope you guys loved watching me tidy up and organize my closet in today’s HUGE Closet Declutter for 2021! As you guys know, I thrift a lot, and so it’s important to me to be constantly decluttering and cleaning out my closet! I love organizing and cleaning up my closet, and so I always love to film these closet declutters! What do you guys think of starting off the year right with a huge closet declutter? Does it look better? Which pieces should I keep?

You are going to clean with me, declutter with me, marie kondo the crap out of my closet with me, watch me try on all of my clothes, then decide which pieces I am going to keep, and which I am going to sell or donate. I LOVE watching declutter with me videos and closet clean out videos, and I am just so excited to be sharing with you my first closet clean out of 2021! This closet purge is also going to be a closet try on, because as you know, things look so different on the hanger!

I am going to use the Marie Kondo method to take everything out of my closet and put it on my bed, then I will sort every single piece of clothing I own, and then I will try on all the clothes I am undecided about, then I will make all of my final decisions! Then watch me reorganize my closet and put everything back into my closet in an organized manner. The closet declutter will end with me having a happy little organized closet, sorted and organized by sleeve length and color. Isn't it just the best feeling to be more minimal and to purge/declutter items from your closet that you just were not getting enough use from?

I am constantly acquiring new pieces when I thrift, so cleaning out my closet is a must! Come along and clean out my closet with me!
