Robert Zoellick served as President of the World Bank between 2007 and 2012. He was Deputy Secretary, Under Secretary, and Counsellor of the State Department. He was also an Ambassador and US Trade Representative. In this interview, I spoke to Bob about his new book, “America in the World: A History of U.S. Diplomacy and Foreign Policy”.
