SOLO LEG DAY IN CLARKSVILLE // leg day voice over // high volume legs

This was what I would consider an average leg day for me. I don’t aim for super high intensity with legs I usually go for volume. I do often incorporate other lifts and movements in my leg days however but this day I was absolutely beat. Also this is the first time I have ever done or attempted a voice over so I hope you guys like it! (also I do train shoulders on leg days but like I said I was in and out this day)
