Re-Watching My Old Smoke Photography Video

Way back in July 2009 (13+ years ago) I made a short video about photographing smoke from incense sticks. Today I'm watching it again for the first time in a long time.

How does the content hold up? How has my camera and flash kit changed? Is the video even relevant today? I contemplate all these questions and a lot more.
