More Booze, Less Ice by Boss Martians
Evoking surf guitar and 60's lounge music in the same breath. The Boss Martians' style of '60s-influenced guitar pop was debuted in 1995. The Seattle natives sound shows an influence of Paul Revere & the Raiders, the Beach Boys, the Trashmen, and the Astronauts. The Seattle natives also have a single titled "I Am Your Radio," which won the listener-driven "Coolest Song of the Year" contest on Little Steven's Underground Garage radio program a few years back.
Of course I am just now learning about them.....years later.
