UNC's Anson Dorrance on Coaching Men and Women

Anson Dorrance, NSCAA member since 1976, is one of the most legendary collegiate soccer coaches of all time. He started his coaching career by coaching both the women's and men's soccer teams at the UNC at Chapel Hill (UNC).

Coach Dorrance discovered early the difference between leading women and men soccer players and he shares that discovery with NSCAA members in this special edition video on NSCAATV.
