Sonic Generations - Perfect Chaos Boss Battle (Hard) - No Commentary

Okay I need to talk about the music choice before anything else.

I could just say I chose A New Venture because it's unfitting and I think that's funny, which is true. But I also did it because I wanted to be petty. See, Sonic Rush Adventure is one of my favourite Sonic games, definitely in my top 5. I love the soundtrack too, I think the level themes are really catchy. And do you know what the only song from that game to get included in Generations was?

I wanted to include it in this playthrough somehow, to vent my frustration at it being the _only_ Rush Adventure song, and how ill fitting it is for pretty much anything in the game. Perfect Chaos is probably the best regular boss fight in the game, so I thought it was a perfect one to ruin with LA LAAAAAA. If I can't play a level in this game with Haunted Ship, or Blizzard Peak, or _Sky Babylon_ playing, then you don't get to have a second Perfect Chaos fight with fitting music.

Petty and unfitting music choices aside, let's talk about the actual boss now, shall we? Hard mode actually changes this one up quite a bit, mixing up some of the level design and having some new routes. While you're basically doing the same thing as the normal fight, you're going about it in a different way, which is nice. Helps the hard mode version stand out a bit more than the others.
