Geneva Motor Show visitors meet augmented reality tech for cars created for navigation and safety

WayRay, the Swiss deep tech company that develops built-in holographic augmented reality displays for cars, asked the visitors of the Geneva Motor Show about their impressions on WayRay's holographic AR technology for cars.

"It looks funny and fine, and useful, I'd say. The problem with actual GPS guidance system is that you always have to look at it and not at the street anymore," says one of the visitors.

"Maybe all the manufacturers should put some of the sensors, let’s say… Probably not all but most of them, regarding the traffic and sidewalks. They should try to do something similar or implement it from you because it can be life-changing and preventive," adds another visitor regarding the safety and the demand for the augmented reality technology among drivers.
