Samantha Gavin is the heart and soul of Wolf Creek Wildlife Refuge, a safe haven for everything from a falcon and raccoons to a couple of horses. Austin Spencer is a rancher who has come to town to help his grandmother run the local hardware store after she becomes ill. When news of a severely injured male wolf comes in, Sam drops everything and heads out into the woods with Austin as her tracker. A nasty poacher, a personal injury, unexpected detours, and debilitating claustrophobia come between them and their rescue mission. Will their common interest in protecting animals bring them closer together?
