Advanced Core Stability At Home!

This is the follow up to my 'Strengthen Your Core At Home' workout (which you can watch here - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CbtEcN-yz9c). The basic workout consists of a plank, a side plank and a bridge. When you are accomplished at these exercises it's time to progress onto this workout - Advanced Core Stability At Home.

Your core is made up of your transverse abdominis, external & internal obliques, rectus abdominis, erector spinae and your multifidus. Basically though, it's the middle section of your body! Having a strong core underpins everything you do, from getting out of bed to walking down the stairs. It's also critical in the avoidance of serious back injuries.

So, if you wanna develop a strong core and some awesome abs in the process, then all you need is a bit of space on the floor and a stopwatch (or your phone will do!). What are you waiting for!
