Welcome back to the German Autobahn. In this video you can drive along on the A6 from Kreuz Walldorf to Kreuz Weinsberg (Heilbronn). This is a busy stretch of six lane Autobahn connecting the Rhine-Neckar Metropole area that features large industrial cities such as Mannheim, Ludwigshafen, Heidelberg, Heilbronn and Stuttgart.

There used to be quite a long construction site (20+ km) on this stretch which has recently been removed, explaining the newer state of the asphalt. The Baustelle around Heilbronn still exists and is an annoying bottleneck right around the junction with the B27. They recently built a second bridge span across the Neckar river there to accommodate the widening of the A6.
