NATO considers plans for new battlegroups in Eastern Europe

NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg says there is no evidence Russian troops have pulled back from the border with Ukraine.
NATO defence ministers have been meeting in Brussels to discuss the growing military standoff.
But Moscow has insisted a partial withdrawal is under way - while continuing to deny it has any plans to invade its neighbour.
NATO, on the other hand, says that Russia has reached full combat readiness.
