CHIP-41 (Streaming Puzzle) Discussion

Yak and Michael presented their proposal for a Chialisp streaming puzzle, which enables the continuous payment of XCH or CATs to a receiver over a fixed time period.

Potential applications for this puzzle include subscription services and fair token launches with continuous unlocks. There may many other use cases.
