NVIDIA vs. AMD | Which GPU Should You Buy?

Considering the latest GPUs are nearly impossible to find it has given me plenty of time to decide on which is right for my situation. Until intel gets in the ring it will forever be NVIDIA vs. AMD. Which GPU Should You Buy? The RTX 3080, 6800XT, 6800, RTX 3070 and even 3060ti are all viable options. I hope you can parse some wisdom from my rant.
