Alternating Cast On for Double Rib (k2p2) // Technique Tuesday

This video demonstrates a reversible "edgeless" cast on for k2p2 fabrics. It is a variation on the Alternating CO for single rib (k1p1), demonstrated in this video: https://youtu.be/3F5k-v3Nqyo

The cast on resembles the tubular cast on for k2p2 fabric, but does not have the angled twist seen at the base of the tubular cast on. Instead, the alternating CO produces straight columns of k2p2 all the way to the base.
