Russia pulls ‘hoax’ on UK ministers
Russia is now hitting social media with a video boasting about a hoax pulled on two British ministers - but the country has still “lost the PR war” against Ukraine, says Sky News host Andrew Bolt.
The UK’s Defence Secretary Ben Wallace and Home Secretary Priti Patel were targeted by two professional Russian pranksters, named Voyan and Lexus.
“Many of their targets also happen to be people that President Putin would love to embarrass or turn into propaganda for him,” Mr Bolt said of the pranksters.
“But what does it say about Putin that even his biggest PR coup of this war is still based on a lie.”
