After McCarthy's ouster, Biden says he's willing to continue to work with House Republicans

In his first public comments since Kevin McCarthy was ousted as speaker of the House on Tuesday, President Biden said he’s still willing to work with Republicans on a bipartisan basis. With funding for the government set to expire again on Nov. 17, Biden warned, “We cannot and should not be faced with another 11th-hour decision” on keeping the government open.
