Banoffee Pie Recipe

Ingredients

Biscuits 15
Butter 3 tbsp
1 can toffee
Heavy whipping cream 2 cups
Powdered sugar 5 tbsp
Banana slices 3-4
Cocoa & caramel for topping
Crushed biscuits using a food processor or a rolling pin and Add in the melted butter. Mix it together thoroughly, then press the mixture into the base and sides of the dish. Chill for 30 minutes in the fridge. Spoon the caramel from the tin into the base and spread a layer of dulce d leche evenly. Beat whipped cream until thick and add powdered sugar and whip until firm. Slice the bananas and scatter them over the caramel. Add a thick layer of cream on top. Dust with cocoa powder and drizzle some caramel to decorate the banoffee pie. Chill until ready to serve.
