We are going to talk about a disturbing subject of Global Minimum Corporate Tax.
The introduction of this tax was proposed by OECD. Some suggestions say that there should be a global minimum corporate tax of 13%.

As you can imagine this is aimed at digital companies.

In the past, they've already brought substance requirements, and if some country didn't want to comply they'd put it on the blacklist. This is how they imposed these requirements all over. This might be the case with the global minimum corporate tax.

However, I don't think that the implementation will be so straightforward and universal but this doesn't mean that you shouldn't prepare yourself for the future and structure properly.
