FlowSync — Turning Project Goals Into Actionable Workflows

FlowSync is a productivity workspace that transforms project goals into structured workflows, actionable tasks, and measurable progress.

Originally started as a SaaS-style productivity project, FlowSync was further developed and innovated into a more focused goal-to-workflow experience. Users can create a project, describe their goal in natural language, and manage the resulting workflow through real task progress.

This demo shows the FlowSync workspace, project creation, goal-based workflow generation, task management, progress tracking, and workspace personalization.

Codex helped me accelerate development, debug the existing application, explore implementation approaches, and iterate on workflow logic and user experience. GPT-5.6 helped me evaluate product ideas, reason through implementation decisions, refine workflow generation, and improve project documentation.

The final product direction, feature priorities, design decisions, testing, and integration were guided throughout the development process.
