New World: First Impressions (Gameplay & Thoughts)

I got the chance to play New World this week and boy was I disappointed. Combat and overall performance are just a bit of a let down. Fortunately there's still time for this game to correct course before launch but my early impressions are pretty underwhelming.

The preview event kicks off today and with no NDA expect to be hearing and seeing a lot about this game in the near future.

New World is an upcoming open world MMORPG with a focus on action combat, social interaction and territory control.
