Does your LCI Hydraulic Level Up Auto Leveling jacks make that irritating popping noise? Ours sure does on our 2020 Grand Design Solitude 382WB. Like many of you we watch YouTube...a lot of YouTube. There are some great videos that cover this topic so we will share our DIY repair with you. We did not video the first time but this DIY project was so easy we did it twice. Well not actually twice.

We reached out to Lippert Components, Inc. for more information on this known issue and to get the instructions and authorized oil additives. The first time we did it I removed one quart of hydraulic oil and replaced it with the anti-stiction oil recommended by LCI's Customer Service. It did not totally fix the issue so this time I am hoping the cycling of the hydraulic system several times will allow the anti-stiction oil to flow throughout and work to fix the popping noise.
