in such a tumultuous time, 15 black artists in search of joy leave their respective homes to stay on a farm in the woods of Vermont. Through farming, acting, debating, and ventures into spirituality and witchcraft, this community is able to cultivate black joy despite being in a white a** state. This 4 part docuseries is told from the perspective of Tarek Ali who edited and shot every clip for the purposes of Youtube. The entire retreat and *official* film (documentary) that is coming in 2021 was funded and curated by Jag Productions and Stevie Walker Webb.
