How to get kicked out of a go-kart race!

Someone misses a yellow flag and attempts to pass me near a yellow flag. Track marshals got it wrong and black flag me. Unfortunately I don't see the black flags for 2 laps, when I do I pit. There is an interesting miscommunication in the pits, I leave, get black flagged again and they park me from the race.
