Let's talk about the technical side of the NOMOS Tangente 38 Date. Obviously the colours are amazing and they have smashed it out of the park with these new Tangente 38 Dates - but there is so much more behind their watches than just a pretty dial. Powering these is the in-house calibre DUW 4101 - their manual winding date movement. I think when you get a little too deep into watches, it is easy to start throwing around words like "manufacture calibre" and they begin to lose their meaning. But seeing NOMOS movement manufacturing facilities reminds me how incredible it is when brands turn a raw material into the beating heart of a watch!
