Alberta woman with asthma cleared after failure to use breathalyzer

Cheryl Kenworthy was charged with failing to take a breathalyzer test, her vehicle was impounded and her driver's licence was suspended after she was unable to breathe hard and long enough to complete the test. It took nearly two years for her administrative penalty to be overturned, and she worries what will happen to the next driver with respiratory issues who is caught in the same situation.
