We're bringing good times back to the UK! It's time to start this rags-to-riches play-through on an amazing map from Oxygen David.

The "rules are simple"...start with an ax, a little beater of a car and $1500. We'll build ourselves up to riches which in this context means we're buying back our ancestral family estate and all of its land.

**We're going to need some land if we want to build up equipment because the store won't let us leave it there.
**Contracts are allowed but I need to own the equipment to do it.
**I can buy equipment but can't use leasing or hire purchase.
**I can take loans but will be max 12 months, 10% interest rate and up to a max of 10% of equipment/land value plus cash (enhanced loan)
**Marketplace real estate mod is active and set to "harder"
**Realistic livestock mod is active and all disease and accident settings are at 100%

I think that's it...? I'm not trying to make this some extreme challenge, I still want to have fun but I don't want it to be too easy either.

While the start will be slow, with some good decisions we should be able to build toward riches!
