How I recovered from muscle tension dysphonia

This is what has created my muscle tension: (ask yourself, what is creating yours? everyone is different.)

1. Poor posture
2. Poor singing and speaking habits
3. anxiety and stress
4. unhealthy exercise habits

how i corrected:

1. poor posture: chiropracter and physical therapy to correct poor alignment and posture.
2. Poor singing and speaking habits: speech therapy and vocal lessons to correct poor habits.
3. anxiety and stress: managed with yoga, meditation and therapy. I noticed my pain got worse when i was stressed.
4. unhealthy exercise habits: I replaced workouts with yoga.

I still have bad days but I feel I manage MTD very well these days. Some months I feel I am cured and other months it comes back but I can still teach my music students and perform in my two bands.
I only suffer from burning, fatigue and tightness. I don't suffer from a hoarse voice.
