Upgrade time! In this video I install the Teslaunch 10.88" instrument cluster in my Tesla Model Y (Juniper) and walk through tools, panel removal, wiring, and setup—plus first impressions and tips to avoid squeaks or errors. My main motivation for this mod was having access to Apple CarPlay for familiar maps, calls, and media controls in an OEM-looking way.
