Rotary International President Gary C.K. Huang is among the many visitors when the Rotary E-Club of District 5810 inducts Dr. Paul R. Alexander, meanwhile, he is presented with a Paul Harris Fellow. Dr. Paul R. Alexander was diagnosed with Polio Disease at the early age of 6. After learning how to breathe as a child and obtaining three college degrees, now in his late 60's, Paul practices law at his home in Dallas, Tx.
