II. Whole Machine Assembly Process:
Connect the machine's power and air supply, then press the power button on the operation panel. When the green light is on, it means the power is connected.
Press the operation button to start the machine, which will enter the waiting state for material assembly.
Put the workpieces to be assembled into the corresponding hopper. The elevator will lift them to the vibration plate, which automatically sorts and sends them to the feeding robot's picking position. The feeding robot picks and places them into the fixture on the rotating turntable. The turntable then rotates to complete operations like stamping inspection, bottom cover visual positioning, top cover feeding and positioning, assembly, inspection, taking out finished and semi-finished products, and off-line inspection alarm.
The entire two-component automatic assembly process is now complete.
The PLC control system ensures the continuous and repeated mechanical actions, achieving efficient production.
