1:30 John Altman and Josh Leach prep for another outing. They shoot bows, prep gear and ready themselves for another pursuit.

3:00 They spend time scouting and hanging out at camp as they wait for an opportunity to hunt one of their target bucks.

5:15 Altman and Leach head afield for another sit. They pull out all of the stops, and even try rattling in a buck. It doesn't work. They decide to break camp.

8:00 Altman heads out with some of his family for a youth hunt. They're hoping to fill a tag and make some memories.

10:00 They don't see any deer during the morning sit, but they hope for a better afternoon hunt.

11:00 They settle into the stand and deer begin piling into the food plot. A nice buck enters the open and chases does around. Eventually, the young hunter settles the crosshairs. The buck goes down.

15:00 The hunting party recovers the buck, and the celebration begins. It's a great day in the Maine deer woods.
