Victorian government 'gets to set the rules and then pat itself on the back'

Sky News host Paul Murray says the Victorian government "get to set the rules and they get to pat themselves on the back" after announcing restrictions would partially ease for residents.

"As for the issues in regional Victoria, despite the fact there have been no cases through this whole thing... there are still all these rules that apply," he said.
