BTS V was DRUNK on RM's Live Broadcast?

Hi Kisses. How are you today? It's been a long time since I planned to make and upload this video but for some reason I always forget to do so. I'm honestly not feeling well last night and as I was tryin' hard to fall asleep, RM's live broadcast last February 2019 crossed my mind. Do you know why? Because it was interrupted--- err let me say 'interfered' by his members Jimin and Taehyung. And do you know what makes this live unforgettable for me? It's because V seems to be a little strange towards the end of this video which makes me think that MAYBE he's drunk? Well there's nothing wrong with BTS members drinking since their company (BigHit Entertainment) has no drinking ban for them. I just really want to share this with you guys and know your thoughts about it. Since V has a very strange personality (he has 4D Personality), its really hard to determine whether he's really drunk or its just his usual self. (Okay I'm sorry I'm laughing). I hope that you can help me solve this mystery (hehezxxczxc).

P.S. I'm sorry for the ceiling fan sound and the Filipino song playing at the background. I had a little problem with the editing and those are NOT part of the original video. I'm actually not aware that those sounds can be heard and I just realize it when some friends asked me about it. Hope you understand💜
