Supercell Timelapse North of Booker, Texas - June 3rd 2013
Some timelapse and general shots of a supercell north of Booker, Texas, just into the Oklahoma panhandle. We were on the original cells which fired near the OK, KS border and dropped off the dominant north cell to be on this cell very early. We were able to watch from a single vantage point as the storm cycled stationary for almost an hour before rain from a downburst caused us to move a couple of miles south. The clip finishes with the amazing structure as twilight approaches. The second storm which the majority of chasers were still following is shown to the ENE. That storm produced some of the best CG barrages of the year but I'll take this structure any day!
